Michelle Flewellen is a passionate leader, advocate, and longstanding member of the LGBTQIA+ community, currently serving as the Vice President of Pittsburgh Black Pride. With nearly 30 years of involvement in the organization, which began when she was just 15, Michelle has developed a strong dedication to equity, visibility, and empowerment alongside the movement. As an innovative leader, Michelle aims to guide Pittsburgh Black Pride into a new era characterized by inclusivity innovation, and community-focused progress. She is excited to embrace this role and is committed to building on the organization’s legacy while shaping its future.
