Rachelle “Chellz” Harvey is a dedicated leader and passionate community advocate with more than 20 years of service to the Pittsburgh Black Pride community and organization. Known for organizing impactful and memorable events, she has played a key role in creating spaces that unite, uplift, and inspire.

As the visionary behind Pittsburgh Black Pride’s signature Basketball Tournament, Chellz has also co-planned numerous events, provided entertainment, and hosted a wide range of programs. She brings energy, creativity, and a strong sense of connection to every experience, fostering camaraderie, healthy competition, and joy while creating lasting memories for participants and audiences alike.

With a degree in sociology and criminology and a strong background in social services, Chellz is deeply committed to empowering others through meaningful service. Her work reflects a continued dedication to strengthening and celebrating the Black LGBTQIA+ community.
